Valuations
A valuation may be required for many different reasons.
- a mortgage to raise finance
- a probate valuation following the deathe of the owner
- insurances purposes
- to provide the owner with an indication of the market value of the
property in the event that a sale is being contemplated (generally
no fee for this type of valuation)
